Part 1 : Your Profile

Article A : Profile Pictures

• Your profile picture must not refer to obscene content or politics.
• Profile pictures must not be offensive towards any individual or group.
• It is forbidden to display personal photographs of another user.
• No blank profile pictures.
• No inappropriate profile pictures.
• No sexually explicit profile pictures.
• No offensive profile pictures.

Article B : Usernames

• Your username must not refer to a historical or political figure.
• Usernames must start with a character available on an AZERTY keyboard to be mentionable.
• Displaying personal and private information of a player in your username is forbidden.
• No empty usernames.
• No inappropriate usernames.
• No sexually explicit usernames.
• No offensive usernames.

Article C : Status & Descriptions

• Your status and description must not refer to politics or incite hatred.
• Links leading to scams are forbidden in your descriptions.
• Any disrespect towards any person will be punished.

Article D : Banners

• Banners must not contain any sexual, gore, shocking or offensive content.
• No political, religious, extremist or hate-inciting images.
• It is forbidden to use someone else's personal images without consent.
• No promotion of external products, services or servers.

Article E : Badges, Pronouns & Displayed Info

• No badge or mention may be used to provoke, harass or mock.
• It is forbidden to impersonate a staff member using displayed profile elements.
• Any mention of sensitive personal information is discouraged (protection of your privacy).

Part 2 : Text Channels

Article A : Pollution

• Spam and Flood are prohibited.
• It is forbidden to post links other than the server website, the Discord invite link or the server's social networks.
• Abusively mentioning a role/member is strictly forbidden.

Article B : Conduct

• You must obviously discuss respectfully with other players.
• In tickets, any insult, provocation, mockery or false accusation may lead to sanctions up to a permanent Discord ban.
• Politeness is essential, especially when communicating with Staff.
• Saying "Hello" when opening a ticket will immediately make us more attentive 😉
• No asking for moderator role attribution.

Article C : Topics

• Just like your profile, your discussions must not refer to politics.
• You must not disrespect/insult another player.
• Racism, homophobia, xenophobia and all other forms of hatred are prohibited.
• Any form of harassment is forbidden and will result in very heavy sanctions.
• No advertising without permission.
• No links to other servers.
• No spam.
• No NSFW content.
• No racism.
• No posting of personal information (including real names, addresses, emails, passwords, bank account and credit card information, etc.).
• No sexism.
• No harassment.
• No sexually explicit content.
• No pornographic content.
• No illegal content.
• No abusive reactions.
• No abusive emojis.
• No personal attacks.
• No hate speech.

Article D : Emojis, Stickers & GIFs

The use of emojis, stickers or GIFs must remain respectful and suitable for all server members.

Forbidden :

• Emojis, stickers or GIFs of a sexual, suggestive, fetishistic nature or considered +18.
• GIFs containing nudity, pornographic, shocking, violent or gore content.
• Using emojis in a sexual context (🍆🍑💦…).
• Animated content or stickers aimed at harassing, humiliating, provoking or ridiculing a member.
• Spam or abuse of emojis/reactions.

Allowed :

• Standard emojis used in a normal, humorous or neutral context.
• Classic reaction GIFs without violence or nudity.
• Humorous stickers without sensitive or shocking content.

Sanctions :

• Message deletion
• Warning
• Mute or heavier sanction in case of repeat offense

Article E : Conflict Management

• Conflicts between members must be resolved calmly and in private.
• In case of a problem, open a ticket rather than continuing the dispute in the channels.
• Provocation to "get a reaction" from another member is strictly forbidden.
• Indirect insults, insinuations or passive-aggressive behavior are sanctionable.

Article F : Ticket Usage

• Tickets must be opened only for a real problem (no trolling or abuse).
• It is forbidden to ping a staff member to get a faster ticket response.
• Any false accusation or attempt to manipulate a staff member will be severely punished.
• Staff may close a ticket if the player does not respond, trolls, or refuses to cooperate.

Article G : Security & Fraud

• No phishing attempts, fake staff information or fake announcements.
• It is forbidden to impersonate an administrator or official partner.
• External links leading to scams, fraud or dangerous sites will result in an immediate ban.

Part 3 : Voice Channels

Article A : Conduct

• As in writing, you must remain respectful towards other players.
• Discussion topics are free, but we ask you to consider the age of people in your voice channel.
• If you wish to speak privately, limited channels are available.

Article B : Prohibitions

• Screaming into your microphone to annoy your voice partners is forbidden.
• Using a soundboard to annoy your voice partners is forbidden.
• Disclosing personal information in voice chat is forbidden.

Article C : Technical Rules

• Use a working microphone and avoid excessive background noise.
• The use of voice modifiers is forbidden if it hinders understanding or is used to troll.
• No music broadcasting without the consent of everyone in the channel.
• It is forbidden to watch NSFW content in voice, even without screen sharing.

Article D : Screen Sharing

• No screen sharing containing NSFW, illegal or pirated content.
• Staff may request the stop of screen sharing if deemed inappropriate.
• Broadcasting copyrighted movies/series is forbidden.

Part 4 : Security & General Behavior

Article A : Usurpation & Impersonation

• It is forbidden to take the username, avatar or style of a staff member.
• It is forbidden to impersonate a player, streamer or public figure.

Article B : Respect for Staff

• Staff decisions must be respected.
• Any attempt to pressure a staff member to influence a decision is forbidden.
• Insulting, ridiculing or harassing a staff member = immediate sanction.

Article C : Inappropriate Behavior

• No toxic, provocative, petty behavior or behavior aimed at creating conflicts.
• Voluntary and continuous trolling is sanctionable.
• No voluntarily created or fueled drama.

Article D : Account Security

• Managing the security of your Discord account is your responsibility.
• Any compromised account resulting in spam/scams may be temporarily banned for server security.

Part 5 : Discord Features & Associated Behaviors

Article A : Mentions & Notifications

• It is forbidden to ping a member without a valid reason.
• Abusive pinging or pinging intended to provoke/harass is strictly forbidden.
• The use of @everyone and @here is reserved for staff only.
• Mentioning a role to unnecessarily attract attention will result in a sanction.

Article B : Reactions & Emojis

• Reactions must be used in a normal manner, not to provoke.
• Reaction spam (even neutral) is forbidden.
• Using emojis to harass, mock or provoke is strictly forbidden.
• Reactions of a sexual, hateful, gore or suggestive nature are prohibited.

Article C : Bots & Discord Commands

• Bot commands must be executed only in dedicated channels.
• Command spam, flood or bot abuse is forbidden.
• The use of an external, personal or unauthorized bot is forbidden.
• It is forbidden to use bot commands to circumvent a sanction.

Article D : DM & Private Behavior

• Harassment, spam or advertising in private messages to a member is strictly forbidden.
• It is forbidden to contact a staff member in DMs to ask for an advantage, favor or special treatment.
• Disputes in DMs remain sanctionable if they concern server members.

Article E : File & Media Sharing

• No sharing of executable files, unknown archives or suspicious files.
• It is forbidden to send unofficial modified mods, clients or software.
• Sharing NSFW, shocking, gore or illegal files will result in an immediate sanction.
• Staff may delete any attachment deemed dangerous.

Article F : Automatic Channels & Discord Systems

• It is forbidden to join a voice or text channel with the intent to disturb others.
• It is forbidden to join/leave channels repeatedly to trigger notifications.
• Temporary voice channels must be used correctly:
  • No channel created to troll
  • No channel created to circumvent a voice sanction
  • No public channel voluntarily closed to exclude someone

Article G : Discord Permissions & Roles

• It is strictly forbidden to ask for staff or special roles.
• Any attempt to usurp a role (username, avatar, behavior) is sanctionable.
• Staff may adjust roles and permissions if necessary.

Part 6 : Sanctions & Disciplinary Procedures

Server rules must be respected by all members. Any infraction, small or large, may result in a sanction applied by a staff member. Staff decisions are not open to debate, except in cases of obvious error.

Article A : Types of Sanctions

Sanctions may vary depending on severity, repeat offense, intention and general context. Possible sanctions include :

• Warning (oral or written)
• Message deletion
• Temporary mute (text or voice)
• Forced disconnection from a voice channel
• Temporary channel restriction(s)
• Server kick
• Temporary or permanent ban

Depending on severity, staff may directly apply a severe sanction without prior warnings.

Article B : Repeat Offenses & Aggravation

• In case of repeat offense, sanctions will automatically be heavier.
• Voluntarily provocative or toxic behavior results in immediate aggravation of sanctions.
• Circumventing a sanction (multi-accounts, VPN, abusive channel recreation, etc.) will result in a permanent ban with no discussion.

Article C : Respect for Staff Decisions

• Staff decisions must be respected.
• No pressure, threats, manipulation or attempt to influence a staff member will be tolerated.
• Insulting, provoking or disrespecting a staff member is considered a serious fault.
• Refusing to cooperate during a ticket or a staff voice request results in sanctions.

Article D : Contesting a Sanction

• If you believe a sanction is unfair, you may calmly explain it in a ticket.
• Aggressive requests, provocations or lies will result in immediate ticket closure.
• Final decisions belong to the moderation team.

Article E : Multi-Accounts & Circumvention

• Multi-accounts used for trolling, mute/ban circumvention or spying will all be banned.
• If staff detects circumvention, the sanction automatically becomes a non-negotiable permanent ban.
• Any attempt to join the server via a new account during a ban results in a definitive sanction.

Article F : Major Infractions (Immediate Sanction)

The following faults generally result in an immediate ban, temporary or permanent :

• NSFW, pornographic, gore or +18 content → immediate ban
• Harassment, threats, intimidation → immediate ban
• Racism, homophobia, xenophobia, sexism → immediate ban
• Fraud, phishing, scams, malware → immediate ban
• Dissemination of personal information (doxxing) → immediate ban
• Raid, attempted raid or aiding a raid → immediate ban

Article G : Staff Team Powers

The moderation team reserves the right to :

• Modify or delete any message deemed inappropriate
• Intervene in voice at any time
• Apply sanctions even if the rule is not explicitly written (according to common sense)
• Protect members if a situation becomes toxic or dangerous
• Make quick decisions to preserve server security

Part 7 : Partnerships, External Content & Privacy

Article A : Partnerships

• For any partnership request, it is mandatory to open a ticket and provide all necessary information.
• Messages, links or advertisements for other servers or projects are forbidden outside of a staff-validated ticket.
• Official partnerships will be announced only by staff after validation.

Article B : External Content

• Links sent must be reliable, safe and not dangerous for members.
• It is forbidden to share : viruses, malware, pirated files, NSFW content, or illegal content.
• Videos, images and media must follow the same rules as text messages.

Article C : Privacy

• Never share your personal information in public or private channels.
• Never ask for personal information from another member.
• Any sharing of private information without consent is sanctionable.

Article D : Minecraft Server-Related Content

• Content related to the server must follow the rules (no hacks, cheats or exploits).
• No distribution of unauthorized files.
• Spoilers regarding events must be clearly indicated.

Article E : Safety and Respect Tips

• Always check the origin of a link before sharing it.
• Report any suspicious behavior to staff.
• Respecting the privacy of other members is a permanent obligation.

⚠️ Staff Powers & Authority

To guarantee a secure environment, the moderation team has specific powers. Any staff intervention must be respected without public contestation.

🔹 1. Summons & discussions

• Staff may ask you to join a voice channel to clarify a situation.
• Refusing a summons without a valid reason may result in a sanction.

🔹 2. Message moderation

• Staff may delete, censor or modify any message that does not comply with the rules.
• Staff may intervene even if the exact rule is not listed, when the behavior disrupts the community.

🔹 3. Voice channel management

• Staff may move, disconnect, mute or deafen you if the situation requires it.
• Poor sound quality or toxic behavior may justify intervention.
• Staff may record any voice conversation or screen share if needed.

🔹 4. Identity & presentation

• Staff may change your username if it is inappropriate or unreadable.

🔹 5. Server security

• Any raid attempt is strictly forbidden and will result in a definitive ban.

🔹 6. Decisions & contests

• Staff decisions are not negotiable when a rule has been broken.
• You may contest a sanction only in private (ticket), and never publicly.
