An appeal is when a player asks to remove or reduce a punishment they received.

📋 How a player can appeal

Tell the player:

If you want to appeal, please open a ticket in our Discord.
Explain why you think the punishment is wrong.
Provide any proof you have.

🗣 Full appeal dialogue

Player: I want to appeal my ban.

Staff: Hello! Please explain why you think the ban should be removed.

Player: I didn't know I couldn't use x-ray. It was my first time.

Staff: I understand, but not knowing the rules is not an excuse. However, since it is your first offense, we can reduce it to 15 days.

Player: Thank you!

Staff: Please read the rules carefully next time. The ban has been reduced.

📝 Appeal template for staff

Hello [player],

Thank you for your appeal.
We have reviewed your situation and decided to:

[ ] Accept your appeal → Your punishment has been removed.
[ ] Reduce your punishment → Your ban has been reduced to [time].
[ ] Deny your appeal → The punishment stays because [reason].

Please read the rules carefully to avoid future punishments.

⚠ Rules for appeals

Rule	Explanation
Proof required	The player must provide evidence
Respect required	Aggressive appeals will be ignored
One appeal per punishment	No multiple appeals for the same ban
No false information	Lying in an appeal = automatic denial
